What is VendHub?

VendHub is an ecommerce platform that integrates with Vistar and other third-party suppliers. Through VendHub, you have access to their catalogs and order systems, while Vistar and other suppliers manage distribution and fulfillment. VendHub is part of the Vendingpreneurs community and operated by Modern Amenities (the parent company). The platform aims to offer customers exclusive pricing and rebates for their vending businesses.

VendHub and Supplier Relationship

  • VendHub orders are processed through Modern Amenities' national account with suppliers

  • When you pay through VendHub, Modern Amenities covers any invoices from suppliers

  • You should not pay supplier invoices directly when ordering through VendHub

Important Things to Know About VendHub

  1. Your address must be verified before you can place orders (7-10 day process)

  2. Each customer is assigned a specific delivery day based on location

  3. Orders must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery

  4. Tax exemption documentation must be submitted through VendHub, not directly to suppliers

  5. The VendHub catalog is updated weekly, not in real-time
