Understanding how invoicing works with VendHub, tax exemption status, and our quarterly rebate program.

Invoice Handling

  • If you place an order on VendHub but receive an invoice or delivery slip from Vistar that looks like an invoice, don't worry

  • Vistar provides these documents when handling all orders, but they are NOT bills you need to pay

  • If your order was submitted through VendHub, your invoice will be taken care of by Modern Amenities (VendHub's parent company)

  • This is because you have already prepaid through VendHub

  • Modern Amenities' national account with Vistar covers these invoices

  • You do NOT need to pay Vistar directly for any orders placed through VendHub

Tax Exemption Status

  • If your business has tax-exempt status, you must submit your exemption documentation through VendHub

  • Do not send tax exemption documents directly to Vistar

  • Submit all tax exemption forms via the Address section in your account settings

  • Once your exemption is verified, applicable taxes will be removed from your orders

  • Processing tax exemption documentation typically takes 5-7 business days

Rebate Program Details

  • Certain items in the VendHub catalog are marked as rebate-eligible

  • Rebates only apply to products ordered through the VendHub platform

  • Rebate-eligible items will be clearly identified in the product catalog

  • Rebates are processed on a quarterly basis

  • To claim your rebates, email [email protected] at the end of each quarter

  • Include your account information and order history in your rebate request

  • Rebate payments are typically processed within 30 days of submission
