VendHub is committed to providing transparent pricing for all of our customers. Here's what you should know about our pricing structure:
Product prices shown in the VendHub catalog are set by our suppliers
VendHub does not mark up the base prices from Vistar or other suppliers
The prices you see reflect the actual cost from our distribution partners
Order Minimums & Delivery Fees
VendHub has a $500 minimum order baseline for all deliveries. Delivery fees are structured as follows:
$500-$749.99: $75 delivery fee
$750-$999.99: $50 delivery fee
$1000+: Free delivery
Additionally, there is a $13 fuel surcharge that Vistar applies to all truck deliveries.
Volume Discounts
We offer automatic volume discounts based on your order subtotal:
$1500+: 2% discount on your entire order
$3000+: 5% discount on your entire order
$5000+: 6% discount on your entire order
These discounts are automatically applied during checkout when your order reaches the qualifying amount.
Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees are applied to cover payment processing costs
These fees are passed on directly from our payment processors
We are actively working to minimize these fees for our customers
Saving Money on VendHub
We're committed to helping you maximize your savings:
Aim for Larger Orders: Orders over $1000 receive free delivery, and orders over $1500 qualify for additional percentage discounts
Rebate Program: Take advantage of our rebate program for additional savings on eligible items
Tax Exemption: If your business qualifies for tax exemption, ensure your documentation is submitted properly to avoid unnecessary taxation
Future Pickup Option: We are working to add an OPCO pickup option that would allow you to avoid delivery fees (not currently available)
Minimums for:
Red Bull: 10 cases
Pepsi 25 cases or $400 minimum
