Address Verification
Before you can place orders through VendHub, your delivery address must be verified through our distribution partners.
Here’s what you need to know:
Submit the exact address where you want to receive deliveries (not just your business mailing address).
The verification process takes 7–10 days.
Ensure your address is accurate to avoid processing delays.
You cannot place orders until address verification is complete.
The Address section is also where you’ll upload your tax exemption documentation.
Tax Exemption Documentation
All tax exemption forms must be submitted through VendHub, not directly to Vistar.
Steps:
Go to the Address section in your VendHub account settings.
Access this section through the menu overflow in your account.
Upload your tax exemption documents — ensure they are legible and valid for your state.
VendHub administrators review and process these forms.
Important: All tax form handling is managed through VendHub only, never directly with Vistar.
Account Setup Timeline
Here’s what to expect after submitting your delivery address to VendHub:
Addresses are forwarded to Vistar for verification.
New addresses are reviewed weekly on Mondays.
Vistar typically takes one week to process and input your information.
Once processed, Vistar assigns your account number and OPCO warehouse based on location.
Your OPCO will then reach out to confirm your delivery date.
If your OPCO hasn’t contacted you, email Jeff Scherdin ([email protected]) — the National Account Rep from Vistar — and include your account number so he can connect you with your OPCO.
Delivery Date Confirmation
Once your address is verified, coordinate with your assigned OPCO to confirm your delivery day.
Delivery days are determined based on existing route schedules in your area.
Having a confirmed delivery date is essential before placing your first order.
If you haven’t heard from your OPCO, reach out directly using the contact information provided during verification.
Existing Vistar Account Handling
If you already have a Vistar account (prior to VendHub or through another group):
Notify VendHub immediately so your account can be properly linked to Modern Amenities.
This prevents duplicate accounts and double billing.
Vistar must know you’re an existing customer before setting up a new VendHub-linked account.
Address Change Process
If you need to change your delivery address:
Contact your OPCO/Vistar directly to update your delivery address.
Find your OPCO contact information in the Address section of your VendHub account.
Once Vistar confirms the change, notify VendHub at [email protected] so internal records can be updated.
Note: Updating your address only within VendHub (without Vistar confirmation) can cause delivery issues.
Address changes may also affect your delivery schedule due to existing route structures.
What should I do if a product isn’t listed on VendMarket?
If you can’t find a product on VendMarket, reach out to your OPCO Account Executive to ask if they carry it.
If they do, confirm the minimum number of cases required for them to stock it.
Building this relationship ensures access to the products you need.

What are Prebook and Special Order items?
Prebook Items
Prebook items are products with a shorter shelf life, such as refrigerated or fresh pastry items.
These must be ordered in advance to ensure freshness and availability.
Special Order Items
Special order items are not regularly stocked and usually have a longer lead time.
They’re only brought into inventory when specifically requested.
Important:
Both Prebook and Special Order items are only stocked when demand justifies it.
You’ll need to commit to a consistent weekly order quantity for these items to be carried regularly.

$750+ → Free delivery
Additional Fees:
Fuel Surcharge: $13
Credit Card Payments: 2.9% of transaction + $0.30
ACH Payments: Flat $5.00
Volume Discount Tiers:
> $1,500 = 2%
> $3,000 = 5%
> $5,000 = 6%
I haven’t received my VendHub invite. What should I do?
VendHub invites are sent to the email address linked to your Skool account.
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at [email protected].
I’m missing items from my order — what should I do?
You’ll receive an email with the subject line:
“Your VendHub Order [Order #] Has Shipped!”
This email lists which items shipped and which did not.
If something is missing:
Contact your OPCO Account Executive to confirm when the product will be restocked and shipped
Let them know how many cases of that product you typically order per week — this helps them plan inventory to keep it in stock for you.
How do I update my bank account details in VendHub?
You can update your bank information during checkout:
Select ACH as your payment method.
Click Continue with ACH.
Check the box next to “I understand” on the pop-up that says “Please Review.”
Click Continue and follow the prompts to update your bank details
I was charged sales tax, but I’m tax-exempt. How can I fix this?
Ensure your tax exemption form has been submitted and approved in VendHub before placing orders.
Vistar does not issue retroactive tax refunds, so it’s important to have your exemption set up ahead of time.
