How do I qualify for the USG rebate program?
To qualify, you must create a Vistar account and place at least one order through VendMarket. Once that order is completed, you will be automatically enrolled in the USG rebate program for the next quarter.
Do I need to sign up separately with USG?
No. Enrollment is automatic once a qualifying VendMarket order is placed. Vendhub handles the submission to USG on your behalf.
When are USG and bottler accounts created?
USG and bottler accounts are created once per quarter only. New enrollments are not processed mid-quarter.
What is the enrollment deadline each quarter?
The enrollment deadline is the first Friday of the final month of the quarter. Orders placed after the deadline will roll into the following quarter.

March 6, 2026
June 5, 2026
September 4, 2026
December 4, 2026
If I place an order today, when will my rebates start?
Rebates begin in the next quarter, provided your order is placed before the applicable enrollment deadline.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
If the deadline is missed, your enrollment will automatically roll into the next quarter. No exceptions can be made.
Do bottler relationships (Pepsi, Coke, etc.) follow the same process?
Yes. Bottler account creation follows the same quarterly enrollment process and deadlines as USG.
