How does the relationship between VendHub and suppliers work?
The relationship between VendHub and suppliers is managed through Modern Amenities. All orders you place in VendHub are processed using the national account that Modern Amenities holds with those suppliers.
When you make a payment for your order through VendHub, Modern Amenities uses those funds to pay the supplier invoices. Because Modern Amenities handles the billing, you should never pay a supplier invoice directly for any items you ordered through the VendHub platform.
What are the requirements for ordering on VendHub?
There are several specific requirements you must meet to place orders and receive deliveries on VendHub:
Address Verification: Your delivery address must be verified before you can place your first order. This verification process typically takes 7 to 10 days to complete.
Scheduled Delivery Days: Each customer is assigned one specific delivery day each week. Your specific day is determined by your business location.
Order Deadlines: You must submit your orders at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day to ensure they arrive on time.
Tax Exemptions: If your business is tax exempt, you must submit your tax exemption documents directly to VendHub. Do not send these documents to the suppliers.
Catalog Updates: The VendHub product catalog is updated once per week. The catalog does not show product availability or pricing in real-time.
