Learn how to set up your VendHub account, verify your delivery address, and submit tax exemption forms.

How do I verify my delivery address?

  • You must submit the exact location where you want your items delivered.

  • This address might be different from your main business billing address.

  • VendHub sends your address to our partners at Vistar for review.

  • The verification process usually takes between 7 and 10 days.

  • You cannot place any orders until our partners confirm your address.

  • Please make sure the address is 100 percent correct when you enter it to prevent any wait times.

  • You can manage this in the Address section of your account settings.


How do I submit tax exemption forms?

  • You must submit all tax exemption documents through the VendHub platform.

  • Do not send these forms directly to Vistar.

  • You can upload your documents in the Address section of your account menu.

  • To find this, click on the Account menu and look for the Address tab.

  • VendHub team members will review your documents to make sure they are clear and legal for your state.

  • Using VendHub for your tax forms ensures that your account is set up correctly for tax-free purchases.


What is the account setup timeline?

  • The timeline for setting up a new account depends on weekly review cycles.

  • VendHub sends new addresses to Vistar every week.

  • Vistar usually reviews these addresses on Mondays.

  • It takes about one week for Vistar to put your information into their system.

  • Vistar will then give you an account number and assign you to an Operating Company (OPCO) warehouse based on where you live.

  • After Vistar assigns your warehouse, a representative from that warehouse should call you to tell you your delivery day.

  • If you do not hear from them within one week of your address being approved, you should call Vistar support with your account number.


How do I confirm my delivery date?

  • To confirm your delivery date, you must talk to your assigned Operating Company (OPCO).

  • Your delivery day is based on the existing truck routes in your area.

  • You must have a confirmed delivery date before you can place your first order.

  • If the warehouse has not reached out to you to schedule a time, please contact them using the phone number or email provided in your Address verification screen.


What if I already have a Vistar account?

  • If you already have an account with Vistar from a previous business or group, you must tell the VendHub team.

  • We need to link your existing account to the VendHub system properly.

  • If you do not tell us, you might accidentally be billed twice or have duplicate accounts created.

  • Notifying us helps keep your billing and orders in one place.


How do I change my delivery address?

  • To change your delivery address, you must first contact your warehouse or Vistar directly to update their records.

  • You can find the contact details for your warehouse in the Address section of your VendHub account.

  • Once the warehouse confirms the change, send an email to [email protected] to let us know.

  • We will then update our internal records to match the Vistar system.

  • If you only change the address in VendHub and do not tell Vistar, your deliveries will go to the wrong place.

  • Please note that moving to a new address might change which day of the week you receive your orders.
