How is VendHub pricing determined?
VendHub pricing is determined by the rates set by our suppliers. VendHub does not add a markup to the base prices provided by Vistar or other distribution partners. The prices you see in the VendHub catalog reflect the direct cost from these suppliers.
What are the delivery fees and order minimums?
VendHub delivery fees and order minimums are based on the subtotal of your order. The baseline minimum for a VendHub delivery is $500.
The delivery fee schedule is:
$500 to $749.99: $75 delivery fee.
$750 to $999.99: $50 delivery fee.
$1,000 or more: Free delivery.
In addition to the delivery fee, a $13 fuel surcharge is applied to all truck deliveries. This surcharge is required by Vistar for all shipments.
Specific brands have their own minimum order requirements:
Red Bull: 10 cases minimum.
Pepsi: 25 cases or a $400 minimum.
Does VendHub offer volume discounts?
VendHub offers automatic volume discounts that are applied to your entire order when you reach specific spending levels. You do not need a code to receive these savings.
The volume discount levels are:
2% discount on orders of $1,500 or more.
5% discount on orders of $3,000 or more.
6% discount on orders of $5,000 or more.
These discounts are calculated and applied automatically during the checkout process.
Are there credit card processing fees?
Credit card processing fees are applied to orders paid via credit card to cover the costs from payment processors. VendHub passes these fees directly from the payment processor to the customer. To see the specific fee for your transaction, review the Order Summary section before finalizing your payment.
How can I save money on my orders?
You can save money on your VendHub orders by utilizing delivery thresholds and tax benefits.
Consolidate orders: You receive free delivery on orders over $1,000 and extra percentage discounts on orders over $1,500.
Apply for tax exemption: If your business is tax-exempt, you can avoid sales tax by submitting your documentation. Please contact support to learn where to send your certificate.
