VendHub manages all your billing and payments directly so you can focus on your business. This guide explains how we handle invoices from our partners, how to set up tax-exempt status, and how our rebate program works.


Invoice Handling

Why did I receive an invoice or delivery slip from Vistar?

You may receive a delivery slip or a document that looks like an invoice from Vistar because they handle the physical delivery of your items. Vistar provides these documents for all orders, but you do not need to pay Vistar directly. Your payment is handled through VendHub at the time of your order.

Who is responsible for paying my Vistar invoices?

Modern Amenities, which is the parent company of VendHub, is responsible for paying these invoices. Modern Amenities has a national account with Vistar that covers all orders placed through the VendHub platform. Because you prepay for your items when you order through VendHub, you do not owe Vistar any additional money.


Tax Exemption Status

How do I submit my tax exemption documents?

You can submit your tax exemption documents through the Address section in your Account Settings on VendHub. You should not send tax exemption documents to Vistar. All forms must be uploaded directly to your VendHub account settings to be valid.

When will taxes be removed from my orders?

Taxes will be removed from your orders once our team verifies your tax exemption status. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to process your tax exemption forms. After your status is verified, the system will automatically stop charging tax on your future orders.

Rebate Program Details

Which items are eligible for rebates?

Items that are eligible for rebates are clearly marked in the VendHub product catalog. Only products ordered directly through the VendHub platform qualify for the rebate program.

How do I claim my quarterly rebates?

You can claim your rebates by sending an email to [email protected] at the end of every quarter. When you send your request, please include your account information and your order history for that quarter. We process rebate payments within 30 days after you submit your request.
