What are Machine Credits?
Machine Credits are a discounted payment method used to reduce the price of vending equipment bought through VendHub. Each Machine Credit costs $3,500 but provides $4,000 in value toward a machine purchase. These credits allow customers to save $500 on future equipment before they enter the Vendingpreneurs program.
How do Machine Add-On Credits work?
Machine Add-On Credits work as a prepaid benefit stored in your VendHub account. When you purchase a Machine Add-On Credit, it remains in your account until you are ready to buy equipment.
At this time, the credit cannot be applied at checkout due to differences in how each vendor processes orders. Instead, once you place an order and receive the invoice from the vendor, you should email it to [email protected]. Our accounts team will then apply and process the credit on your behalf. Please also copy the vendor representative assisting you to ensure smooth coordination.
Who can purchase Machine Add-On Credits?
Customers can only purchase Machine Add-On Credits before enrolling in the Vendingpreneurs program. Once you have officially signed up, you are no longer eligible to purchase additional credits.
How many Machine Add-On Credits can I purchase?
Each customer may purchase a maximum of two Machine Add-On Credits per account. This limit cannot be exceeded.
How many Machine Add-On Credits can I use per machine?
You may use one Machine Add-On Credit per machine. However, if you purchase two credits, you may apply both to a single machine if you choose. Credits cannot be shared across accounts.
Which equipment is eligible for Machine Add-On Credits?
All equipment purchased through the VendHub platform is eligible for Machine Add-On Credits. Eligibility may still be subject to VendHub terms at the time of purchase.
Do Machine Add-On Credits expire?
Machine Add-On Credits do not expire unless a specific expiry date was stated at the time of purchase. VendHub reserves the right to update credit policies for any future credit offerings.
Are Machine Add-On Credits refundable or transferable?
Machine Add-On Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits remain tied to the purchasing account and cannot be moved or reassigned.
