Do I need to submit my tax exemption to VendHub if I already gave it to Vistar?

You must submit your tax exemption forms through VendHub even if you already sent them to Vistar. VendHub requires its own copy of your documentation to process your account correctly.

How do I know if VendHub has applied my tax exemption?

You will know your tax exemption is active when the system removes taxes from your orders. To confirm this, check your order summary before you finalize your purchase. If the exemption is active, the tax line will show that taxes have been removed.

How do I update a tax exemption that is about to expire?

To update an expiring tax exemption, you must submit your new documents through the Address section of your VendHub dashboard. You should follow the same steps you used for your first submission. Please upload your new forms before the old ones expire so your tax-free status does not stop.


Managing Your VendHub 90-Day Free Trial

Can I use a different account to start a second free trial?

You cannot use a different account to start a second free trial because VendHub only allows one trial per user. If you use a new account with the same payment method or personal details, the system may charge you for the service.

Can I cancel or downgrade my VendHub account during the free trial?

You can cancel or downgrade your VendHub trial at any time during the 90-day period. If you cancel before the 90 days are over, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
