When do I pay for my order?

When you use VendHub to find equipment, the payment process happens after you submit your order. This guide explains when you are charged and what is included in the price.


When payment occurs

You pay for your order after you finish the setup process with the manufacturer. When you submit an order through VendHub, you are not committing to buy the machine at that exact moment. You will pay for your order when the manufacturer issues you an invoice. Each manufacturer has its own specific payment terms and timelines.


What is included in the price

The price you see on VendHub is the discounted price offered to Vendingpreneurs. This price does not include everything. You will need to pay for the following items separately:

  • Shipping and delivery

  • Applicable taxes

  • Installation fees

  • Machine accessories

  • Custom machine setups

The manufacturer will quote and invoice you for accessories and custom setups when you finalize your order with them.


Paying for HAHA machines

If you are purchasing HAHA machines, a member of the VendHub team will help you finish your order. The VendHub team will work with you to finalize the details and process your payment for these specific machines.
