What if I change my mind after submitting my order?

When you place an order with Vendhub, our system works quickly to start making and shipping your items. Because we process orders fast, there are specific rules about when you can make changes or cancel your request.


Can I change my order after it is submitted?

You can change your order after it is submitted through the VendEquipment website as long as you have not paid yet. Before you pay, the vendor will send you a Purchase Order (PO) for you to check and approve. You can request changes to your items or quantities during this review stage.

Once you make a payment, your order details are sent to the manufacturer immediately to start production. After payment is finished, you can no longer change the items, quantities, or the specific details of the order.


Can I cancel my order after it is submitted?

You can cancel your order after you submit the request in VendEquipment if you have not made a payment yet. Once you pay for the order, the vendor sends the details to the factory to start making your items. At that point, the order is active. You cannot cancel or stop an order once the payment is processed and production begins.
