How do credits work after I purchase a machine?

Purchasing a new machine can earn you credits to use in the VendMarket. You can use these credits to buy supplies and stock for your business. The way you receive these credits depends on the type of machine you bought.


How do I claim credits after buying a machine?

You can claim your credits by uploading a copy of your paid invoice directly on VendHub. To claim your credits, go to the Earn VendHub Credits section and click on the VendHub Credits page to submit your invoice. Once our team reviews your invoice, we will apply the credit to your VendHub account.


Where can I see my available credits?

You can see your available credit balance directly within your account. After the credit is applied to your account, the total amount will be visible when you log in. This allows you to track how much you have available to spend before you start shopping.


How do I use my credits to buy items?

You can use your credits to pay for items in the VendMarket during the checkout process. When you are ready to complete your purchase, select your available credit as the payment method. The credit amount will be subtracted from your total order cost.
