Where can I use my VendHub credits?
You can use your VendHub credits only in the VendMarket. This is our online store for vending supplies. Currently, you can only use your credits to buy snacks for your machines. You cannot use credits for other items like machine parts or tools.
Can I use my credits at VendEquipment?
No, you cannot use your credits at VendEquipment. Credits earned through machine purchases cannot be applied toward the purchase of new equipment or additional machines.
How do I apply my credits to a VendMarket order?
Currently, credits are applied to your VendMarket orders through a manual refund process. To use your credits, follow these steps:
Place your order as usual in the VendMarket.
Complete the checkout process using your preferred payment method.
Our team will manually review your available credit balance.
You will receive a refund equal to your available credit amount after the checkout is complete.
