What are the timelines for shipping orders and applying credits post-order placement?

When you purchase equipment through VendHub, there are specific windows for shipping your items and applying credits to your account. Use the guide below to understand these timelines.


Equipment shipping timelines

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Most vendors ship machines within 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place your order. This total time includes processing your order, getting the equipment ready, and working with shipping companies to pick up the items.

What causes shipping delays?

Shipping delays can happen if there are many orders at once, if items are out of stock, or if the shipping company has an issue. If your shipment is late, the vendor representative will give you an update. You can also contact the Customer Success team if you need help with a late order.


Credit application timelines

When are credits applied to my account after an order?

Your credits are usually added to your account within 1 business day after you upload your paid invoice. You must upload the invoice in the Earn VendHub Credits section of the Vendhub website. After our team reviews your invoice and confirms it is correct, the credit will show up in your VendMarket account.

How do business hours affect my credits?

Business hours affect your credits because our team only reviews invoices during work hours. If you upload an invoice at night or on the weekend, we will review it on the next business day. We do this to make sure every credit is applied correctly.

What should I do if my credits are not appearing?

If your credits do not appear in your account within 2 business days, you should contact the Customer Success team for help. A delay might mean we need more information about your invoice.
