This article provides answers to the most common questions regarding the VendHub ecosystem. You can find information about your membership, app access, and order management below.


Accessing the VP Hub App

How do I get access to the new VP Hub app?

Access to the VP Hub app is by invitation only. You must have an active VendHub membership to receive an invitation. To get access, please follow these steps:

  • Confirm that your VendHub membership is active.

  • Contact the support team at [email protected] to request an invitation.

  • Confirm the best email address for the team to use for your invite.

  • Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the invitation email.

It is best to activate your invitation on a computer first. You can then log in using the mobile app.

What should I do if I am not receiving verification codes or emails?

If you are not receiving verification codes or emails, it is likely due to an expired membership or email filters. The system checks for an active membership before it sends any codes. If your membership has lapsed, you must renew it before you try to log in again. You should also check your spam, promotions, or "all mail" folders. If you still cannot find the invite, contact support at [email protected].


Membership and Subscriptions

Do previous members need to renew their subscription to access the new platform?

Yes, previous members must have an active VendHub membership to access the VP Hub app. If your membership has expired, you will need to renew it to regain access.

What are the available membership options?

There are two main membership options for the platform:

  • Free Trial (90 days): This may be available if this is your first time activating a membership. There is no payment required during the trial period.

  • Paid Membership: After the trial ends, or if you have used a trial before, the membership renews at $1,199 per year.

Access is invite-only. You must have both an active membership and a valid invitation to log in. The VP Hub app and the VendHub membership are bundled together and are not sold as separate items.

Is the new training platform included in my membership?

The VP Hub app is included with your paid VendHub membership at no additional fee. There are two platforms you can use:

  1. VendHub: This is the ordering and distribution platform. You use this to manage supply orders and your relationship with your local operating company (OpCo).

  2. VP Hub App: This is the training and community platform. It contains modules, articles, and community resources.


Orders and Credits

When will I receive my order after placing it with Vistar?

Vistar orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 business hours. The exact timing depends on the delivery schedule of your local operating company (OpCo) and if the products are in stock. Delivery times may change around holidays. You should contact your local OpCo directly to get a specific delivery window.

How do I apply my machine credit?

To apply your machine credit, go to the Earn VendHub Credits section on Vendhub. Click on the VendHub Credits page to upload your paid invoice. Once the team reviews and verifies the document, the credit will be applied to your VendMarket account.

When will I receive my VendMarket credit for a machine purchase?

You will receive your VendMarket credit after you upload your paid invoice through the Earn VendHub Credits section on Vendhub. Once the team reviews and verifies your submission, the credit will be applied to your account. Please allow a few business days for the team to process the credit.


Ambassador Sessions and Support

How do I book a 1:1 call with an ambassador?

You can book 1:1 ambassador sessions if you are on a Gold or Platinum plan. To book a session, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the VP Hub app.

  2. Go to the Book 1:1 Sessions section.

  3. Use the calendar link to schedule your call.

If you do not see this option, your plan may not include these sessions. Contact [email protected] to review or upgrade your plan.

How long is a 1:1 session and how many do I get?

A 1:1 session is usually 1 hour long. The number of sessions you get depends on your specific contract. Most members get 1 to 2 sessions per month for 6 months. You should check your contract for details or email [email protected].


Business Setup and Strategy

Do I need an LLC before I start doing pop-ins?

No, you do not need a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to begin doing pop-ins. Many members start as sole proprietors to test the business first. Setting up an LLC later can help protect your personal assets and make your business look more professional. We recommend that you start now and explore forming an LLC once your business is consistent.


That said, forming an LLC as you grow can provide:

  • Liability protection: separates personal assets from your business.

  • Financial separation: cleaner management of business income and expenses.

  • Professional credibility: helpful when approaching locations or vendors.

Can I cancel my lead campaign?

No, we do not offer cancellations for lead campaigns at this time. If you have concerns about how your campaign is performing, please email [email protected]. We can review your campaign and look for ways to adjust it.


Account Management

How long does it take for my address to be approved in VendHub?

Address verification usually takes 7 to 10 business days. This is handled by the Vistar team. You will receive an email with your local operating company (OpCo) details once it is finished. If you have waited longer than 10 business days, contact [email protected].

How do I change my address or email in VendHub?

To change your address, email [email protected]. Changing your address may require a new 7 to 10 business day verification period.

To change your email address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to VendHub.

  2. Click Profile & Settings.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Click Add Email Address and enter your new information.


Calls and Community

Can we get on a call with other manufacturers?

Yes, we are working on expanding access to manufacturer calls. You can check the community calendar regularly within the VP Hub app for updates on scheduled calls and events.

Can you forward my contract to me?

To receive a copy of your contract, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and account email address. We will locate your contract and send it to your email on file. If you want the contract sent to a different address, please let us know in your email.


Machine and Location Strategy

Is there a pros & cons sheet comparing which vending machine makes sense for a specific location?

We don't currently have a standalone comparison document, but this topic is covered through:

  • Weekly foundation calls: machine selection questions are addressed regularly.

  • In-app modules and articles: covering machine types, smart coolers, and location strategy.

How can I find images of smart coolers for my flyer?

Is there a database of smart cooler images I can use?

A dedicated image database is not available right now, but you can get images from the vendors. Contact [email protected] and we will help you connect with the right vendor resources for your marketing materials.


Financing and Membership

Who can I reach out to about financing?

In-house financing is no longer available. You can work with several trusted third-party financing partners. You can find these options in our guide for Financing Options for Vending Machines. For more questions, contact us at [email protected].

Is the VendHub renewal $99 per month?

No, the VendHub membership is not billed monthly. The membership is billed annually at $1,199. There is no monthly billing option at this time. For billing questions, please contact [email protected].

Order Management and Logistics

What is an OpCo?

An OpCo (Operating Company) is your local Vistar distribution center. This is the regional team that processes your orders, manages local inventory, and coordinates your deliveries. Your OpCo is assigned based on your verified business address. You will receive their contact details once your address verification is complete.

Is there a way to see my address verification status?

You cannot see your address verification status directly in the app. This status is managed on the Vistar and VendHub backend. To get a status update, contact us at [email protected] with your name and the address you submitted. Our team will check with Vistar and get back to you.

What is the link to access the VendHub website?

You can access the VendHub website at https://www.vendhubhq.com/.

What should the VendHub invite email look like?

The invite will come from an official VendHub or Modern Amenities email address. It will contain a link to activate your account and set up your login credentials. If you are not sure if an email is real, contact us at [email protected]. Always check your spam, promotions, and "all mail" folders for this invite.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Order cancellations and modifications must be handled through your local OpCo. They manage all fulfillment and shipping. You should contact them as soon as possible, as changes may not be possible once an order is processed. If you need help reaching your OpCo, contact [email protected].


Vendor Portals and Rebates

Why am I still receiving VendHub invoices if I order directly from Vistar?

This happens if your account is still linked to the Modern Amenities (MA) group within Vistar. To stop these invoices, let us know when you decide to leave the MA group. We will tell the Vistar team to remove your account from our group. Future invoices will then be sent directly from Vistar to you. Contact [email protected] to start this process.

How do I get login information for Red Bull and Pepsi?

Our team coordinates vendor portal access for Red Bull and Pepsi during your onboarding. If you have not received credentials, first confirm that your membership is active. Then, contact us at [email protected] and tell us which vendor accounts are missing. We will follow up with the vendors to have your credentials sent to you.

How can I confirm that I am registered for USG rebates?

You will receive a confirmation email from the USG team once your registration is complete. If you have not received this email, check your spam and promotions folders. You can also contact [email protected] and we will verify your status with the USG team.

What are the USG rebate cut-off dates?

The cut-off dates for USG rebates change based on the program cycle. For the most current deadlines, please contact us at [email protected]. We recommend checking in before each rebate period so you do not miss a deadline.

Which VendHub rebate programs should I know about?

Available rebate programs may include beverage rebates for brands like Red Bull and Pepsi, equipment rebates for specific machine purchases, and USG volume-based incentives. Program availability changes over time. For a current list and help with enrollment, contact [email protected].
