Yes! If you currently have an active VendHub or Vendingpreneurs coaching subscription, you automatically have access to the middle tier of VendScout. Just log into VendHub and you'll see VendScout in the top navigation. No extra charge.

Go to vendhubhq.com, click Pricing, then log in with your existing account. Monthly subscription options are now available — $129/month for Basic, $299/month for Pro. If you previously had a subscription, your old login still works to re-subscribe.

VendScout is built natively inside VendHub — it is not a separate login or app. Access is included with the middle tier (Pro) VendHub subscription. Some add-ons, like the website feature, are priced separately.

If you're currently on an annual plan, you stay on that plan until your term ends. When it comes time to renew, you'll have the option to switch to a monthly subscription at that point.

There's no standalone free tier, but existing active members (Vendingpreneurs coaching or VendHub subscribers) already have access included. Monthly plans make it easier to try before committing to annual.

Credits are the in-platform currency for AI-powered actions. 1 credit = 1 lead search, 1 enrichment, or 1 AI mockup generation. It's a simple 1-to-1 system — no complicated math required.

Enrichment is when VendScout automatically scrapes the internet to gather contact info, emails, phone numbers, business details, and as much publicly available data as possible about a prospect — and adds it all to that contact record for you automatically.

The middle tier (included with active memberships) comes with 50 credits. Higher plan tiers include more credits. Full details are at vendhubhq.com/pricing.

Each plan tier includes a set number of credits. Credits can also be purchased separately as needed — similar to how tools like HubSpot or Claude work. Check vendhubhq.com/pricing for current credit allocations by tier.

Yes. Your subscription gives you a set number of credits per month. If you use them up, you can purchase more — but most members find the included credits sufficient for normal usage.

You're charged 1 credit per search — not per location that populates. So if a search returns 50 leads, that costs 1 credit, not 50.

You can purchase additional credits at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan tier that includes more. Details at vendhubhq.com/pricing.

Leads are pulled from Google Maps / Google My Business, then cross-referenced and enriched through Perplexity and 5 additional data providers. The multi-source approach keeps data current and more accurate than static list providers.

Yes. On the Leads page, click the import button in the upper right corner. You can import a CSV of up to 500 contacts at a time, then map the fields to match VendScout's CRM. It is tested personally and confirmed it worked flawlessly.

Yes, export your contacts as a CSV (most phones and CRMs support this), then use the import tool on the Leads page to map and upload. You'll be able to match fields like name, address, phone, email, and notes.

VendScout doesn't sync with external CRMs — it's designed to replace them for vending operators. It has all the core CRM functionality built natively, specifically for this business, which means no paying for seats on generic platforms that don't understand vending.

Not automatically yet. For now, you'll need to export those leads as a CSV and import them using the import tool. The team is working toward automatic assignment of assigned leads directly into VendScout in a future update.

VendScout pulls locations from Google Maps and enriches them through multiple data providers. Qualification depends on the search filters you use — location type, radius, etc. If you encounter misclassified leads (e.g., apartments showing as auto dealerships), send a screenshot to [email protected] so the team can improve accuracy.

Yes, exactly like DocuSign. You fill in the contract details, send it via email with a link, and the recipient can open it in their browser, review it, and sign digitally. No separate DocuSign account needed.

Yes. When setting up a contract, you can specify different rev share tiers as part of the terms.

Both. There are preloaded templates (including options with and without revenue share) ready to use immediately. You can also upload your own contract template and map the variable fields (name, business name, address, etc.) so it populates automatically.

Just like DocuSign, you receive a notification when the contract is signed. Both parties get a copy.

Take a photo of the space (break room, lobby, hallway) right from your phone. In VendScout, drag and drop the machine types you're proposing into the photo, add the prospect's logo, then click Generate AI Mockup. It renders a photorealistic mockup of your machines in their actual space in seconds.

Yes, it's fully mobile-friendly. Anthony confirmed he does this entirely from his phone during pop-ins. No need to go back to a desk.

Custom design import is coming soon. For now, there are brand-synced flyer templates that automatically pull in your logo and colors from your Brand Kit. The team is working on the ability to import custom designs and build flyers from scratch.

Real route optimization. Add your pop-in locations to a route, then click Navigate in Google Maps. It opens Google Maps with all stops in the most optimized order. Real-time traffic is factored in by Google Maps at the time you navigate.

Yes. You can create a route for any future date, add locations to it, and it will populate on your VendScout calendar so you stay organized.

The website feature is an add-on: $999 one-time fee. It's not required to use VendScout's CRM, leads, mockups, or contracts.

There are 9 fully built templates: Modern Minimal, Bold Professional, Corporate, Tech Startup, Warm & Friendly, Natural Eco, and more. Each template is fully designed — you don't build anything from scratch.

No rebuild required. You have two options: (1) Connect your existing domain to VendScout and switch to one of the 9 templates instantly — your brand kit colors and logo will be applied automatically. (2) Keep your existing website and simply embed the VendScout AI Chatbot on it. Any leads captured through that chatbot will automatically flow into your VendScout CRM.

Enter your domain in VendScout's website settings. It will give you two DNS records to add to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Porkbun, etc.). Once you add those records, your site goes live. A walkthrough video is being created to make this easy.

Yes. Your Brand Kit (logo + colors) is automatically applied to whichever template you choose.

Yes, the website is tied to your active subscription.

The AI Chatbot lives on your VendScout website (or can be embedded on your existing site). It interacts with visitors, answers basic questions, and captures lead information — which automatically flows into your VendScout CRM.

Yes. Even if you keep your current website on Wix, Squarespace, or another platform, you can embed the VendScout chatbot. Any lead it captures will be imported into your CRM automatically.

The AI Receptionist is a voice-based AI that handles incoming phone calls after hours — service requests, lockout calls, payment terminal issues, product requests, etc. It's on the roadmap and coming soon. A dedicated session will be held when it launches to cover pricing and how to set it up.

Yes, look for the Outbound Email feature in VendScout. There are pre-built cold intro and classic sequences ready to use, or you can create your own custom sequences. You connect your own Gmail account to send, so emails come from your address.

Yes. Add leads to a sequence and VendScout will automate the follow-up emails. You can filter your leads (warm, cold, etc.) and enroll them in the appropriate sequence.

Yes. Go to the Team Members tab in VendScout to add employees with appropriate access levels.

This has been noted as a feature request and is being considered by the team.

This feature is actively being built. The goal is for signed/contracted locations to be marked on the Scout map so other operators don't waste time approaching them. You're asked to list your signed locations at: contractsignedform.fillout.com/t/oF8pK11R6pus

Submitting your signed locations allows MA to protect them on the VendScout map. Once enough data is collected from the community, the system will be able to flag locations that are already serviced — saving everyone time and preventing VP-on-VP overlap.

VendHub (and VendScout) are accessed through a mobile-friendly browser — no dedicated app needed. For the VP community app, search VP Hub in the App Store.

Yes. VendScout works anywhere Google Maps data is available — which is essentially everywhere.

No. VendScout was built completely from scratch, natively inside VendHub. This means VendHub and VendScout share data seamlessly — they're one unified platform.

Yes, inventory management (including integration with vending machine APIs like Vistar, Pepsi, Coke, etc.) is on the 2026 roadmap. The team had an API meeting the morning of the launch session and is actively working on it.
