The CRM is your sales hub — everything you're working on, organized. Every location you add becomes a lead with its own detail page, and your whole book of business is viewable as a drag-and-drop kanban board or a sortable table. If you're paying for Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive today, this is your vending-specific replacement.
The pipeline
Leads move through your pipeline from New through Contacted, Pop-In, Site Visit, Negotiation, and Contract Signed, to Closed Won (machine installed). Drag leads between stages as deals progress, and when a contract is signed the lead can move to Won automatically.
Working your leads
Filter by stage, tag, priority, or whether a lead has contact info yet — and save custom views (e.g. "Hot leads in my territory") to jump straight to what matters.
Bulk actions let you move, tag, enroll in email sequences, start voice campaigns, or export several leads at once.
Lead detail page — a single workspace per location: company info, enriched data, all contacts, the lead score, notes, tasks, a full activity timeline, and any contracts. Every field is editable in place; quick actions include Edit, Enrich, Generate a Contract, or Delete.
Lead scoring
Each lead gets an automatic 0–100 score showing how promising it is, based on property type, number of units, Google rating and reviews, revenue range, whether you have verified contact info, and how recently you've engaged. Hover the score to see the breakdown; it updates live as enrichment adds new information. It answers one question fast: who do I call first?
Tags, priorities & lead types
Priority — mark leads Hot, Warm, or Cold.
Tags — add unlimited color-coded tags to organize however you like.
Lead types — choose from 20 vending-specific types (Apartment, Office, Hotel, Hospital, Gym, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Restaurant, Retail, School, Student Housing, Rec Center, and more); higher plans can create custom types.
Contacts, tasks, timeline & calendar
Every lead can hold multiple contacts (created automatically from enrichment; mark one as primary). Add tasks with due dates and priorities, and the dashboard surfaces follow-ups due today. The activity timeline logs every call, email, mockup, contract, stage change, enrichment run, and note. The calendar gives a month/week view of tasks and scheduled calls — click a day to see what's due, click a task to jump to the lead.
Importing existing leads
Go to Leads → Import (top-right).
Upload a CSV or Excel export from your current system.
Map the columns (first name, email, address, ZIP, and so on) to VendScout fields.
VendScout de-duplicates against what you already have, then imports. Bulk importing your own list does not cost search credits.
