Connect your own email account (Gmail or Outlook) so messages send from your address and replies land in your normal inbox. You can fire off a one-off email from any lead, send a single blast to a saved view, or enroll leads in a multi-step drip sequence.
Connect your email account in Settings. (When connecting Gmail you may briefly see a "trust the developer" screen during Google's approval window — that's expected; continue through it.)
Choose a pre-built sequence (for example, a post-visit warm-up) or build your own — up to 12 steps — with delays between each step (hours or days).
Add rules like "stop if they reply" or "stop if we win the deal," and customize the copy and timing of each step using merge fields like {{contact_first_name}} and {{location_name}}.
Enroll a single lead, a saved view, or a CSV, then launch. Step one sends immediately; later steps go out on your schedule.
Track enrolled / sent / opened / replied / unsubscribed per sequence so you can see what's landing. One-off email templates can be AI-generated from a short brief or written by hand with merge tags.
Plan before you launch
Test on a dummy lead first and review your steps before enrolling real prospects. Bringing fuller email management directly into VendScout is on the roadmap.
