E-signature & share links
Every contract gets a unique link you can send to the property owner. They sign in their browser, you're notified, and the contract is marked signed with a full audit trail (signer name, email, timestamp). When it's signed, the lead automatically moves to Won. You can even attach a mockup so they see the machine and the terms together.
