Flyers, routes & other tools

Flyers, route planning, Brand Kit, tasks, revenue projection, and analytics.

Flyers

A built-in, Canva-style design tool with templates for printable flyers — "Now Servicing," "Refer a Property," and pitch flyers among them. VendScout fills in your logo, colors, contact info, and the specific location's name and address; add an image if you like. Add a QR code that points to your email, your website, or a custom URL, then save to your library and export as PNG or PDF (or share a link). Great for leave-behinds, referral asks, and pitch materials that look designed.

Routes & navigation

Group leads into a route and hand the optimized turn-by-turn directions to Google Maps for navigation with live traffic — useful both for planning a day of pop-ins and for stocking runs.

  1. Select the leads/locations you want to visit and click Create Route.

  2. Name the route and confirm the stops.

  3. Click Navigate in Google Maps (or export to your phone's GPS). You can reorder stops in VendScout first if you want a different sequence.

Brand Kit, Asset Library, Tasks, Revenue Projection & Analytics

  • Brand Kit — set your name, tagline, logo, colors, contact info, and booking link once; it flows through your website, flyers, contracts, emails, and mockups. No logo? VendScout can generate one.

  • Asset Library — a searchable, tagged home for every photo, logo, mockup, flyer, and document you create, so you can reuse anything with a click.

  • Tasks & Calendar — create tasks on any lead with priority and due date, see them on your Dashboard, and sync to Google Calendar.

  • Revenue Projection — estimate a location's monthly revenue before you visit by comparing it to similar operators' real numbers.

  • Analytics — track leads added, deals won, activities, and credit usage over any time range, with a pipeline funnel view. See Analytics & reporting for the full breakdown.
