Live calls, in-app feedback, the community, and who to contact for account issues.

You have several ways to get help, from live calls to in-app feedback:

  • "Report a bug" in Settings — one click captures the details and sends them straight to support without leaving the app.

  • In-app "Send Feedback" button on VendScout pages — read personally by the product lead, and the fastest way to flag a bug or request a feature.

  • Weekly Tuesday call at 12:00 PM ET in the VP Hub app — live Q&A and demos with the product and dev team. The best place to get hands-on help with one specific thing.

  • Sandstar orientation calls, Tuesdays at 3:30 PM EST; replays are posted weekly in the community.

  • Community forum: community.vendingpreneurs.com — peer support, replays, and announcements.

  • In-app demo videos — look for the "Watch demo" button on each page, or see "Watch first: video walkthroughs" for the full library.

  • Dedicated VendScout training at the upcoming Unlock event.

  • Account, billing, or legacy-account issues: contact the VendHub team at Modern Amenities.

Legacy or special-package accounts

Some legacy or special-package accounts can hit snags when upgrading to VendScout or moving around in VendHub. Reach out to the VendHub team (Modern Amenities) so they can sort out your specific account.
