Rolling out by waitlist
The Voice AI agent is being released gradually. If you don't see it yet, you can join the waitlist from the feature area and you'll be enabled as access expands.
What it does
Calls the leads you select and delivers a natural-sounding introduction to your vending offer.
Has a back-and-forth conversation to gauge interest and answer common questions.
Logs the call outcome and notes onto the lead so you can follow up.
How calls are metered
Voice calls consume VendScout credits based on talk time — roughly 2 credits per minute. Because usage can add up quickly, keep an eye on your balance, and see the Revenue & Credits analytics tab to track voice spend.

Tip
Make sure a lead has a valid phone number (run enrichment first if needed) before queuing it for a voice call.
